"We’re thrilled to share our Montana-made body products with you, straight from our homestead! Here’s how we get them to your door:

  • Order Processing: We handcraft items with care, so please allow 2-5 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), this may extend slightly—we’ll keep you posted!
  • Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS Priority Mail for reliable, trackable delivery. All orders come with a tracking number, emailed to you once shipped.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Flat-rate options may apply (e.g., $6.95 for orders under 8 oz). We aim to keep it affordable—shipping isn’t included in product prices.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Within Montana: 1-3 business days after shipping.
    • Contiguous U.S.: 2-5 business days after shipping.
    • Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues—especially in our rural Big Sky country!
  • Local Pickup (Optional): If you’re near Bigfork, Kalispell, Columbia Falls, Whitefish, or Glacier National Park, skip shipping and pick up at our drop locations within Montana.
  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order doesn’t arrive within 10 business days of shipping, or arrives damaged, contact us at [your email] with your order number. We’ll file a claim with USPS and replace or refund you, no hassle.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship within the U.S. only. No P.O. Boxes for orders over 16 oz due to carrier limits.
