Refund policy
"At Peaceful Pines Farm Goods, we handcraft our Montana-made products with love and want you to be delighted with every purchase! Here’s our policy for refunds and exchanges, straight from our homestead in Kalispell:
- 14-Day Window: You have 14 days from delivery to request a refund or exchange if something isn’t right. Contact us within this time to start the process.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with tags, accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase. Due to the handmade nature of our goods (all face and body balms, salves, soaps, oils, and beeswax fabric food wraps) we can’t accept returns on items for hygiene reasons.
- How to Request: Email michelle@peacefulpinesfarmgoods.com with your order number and reason. Return items to: 134 1st Ave W, Kalispell, MT 59901. We’ll provide instructions—please don’t send items back without contacting us first.
- Shipping Costs: You cover return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect—we’ll send a prepaid label for those cases. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo, and we’ll replace it or refund you at no extra cost. We’re here to make it right!
- Exchanges: Want something different? Return the original item (per above). Once accepted, place a new order for your desired product—we’ll process it promptly.
- Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return (within 7 business days), we’ll notify you if approved. Approved refunds hit your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may add a few extra days. If it’s been 15 business days since approval, email us.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders (e.g., beeswax fabric food wraps), seasonal batches, sale items, and gift cards are final sale unless defective. Perishable goods, aren’t accepted—contact us with questions!
We’re a small family operation, so every order matters to us. Reach out at michelle@peacefulpinesfarmgoods.com with any concerns—we’ll sort it out together! Note: Our products are not lab-tested or SPF-rated and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease."
